Her credentials include a strong finance background, with a B.B.A, in marketing/accounting and an MS. in taxation. A Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Judy’s other qualifications include certification as a New Homes Specialist, Relocation Specialist and Luxury Home Specialist. She holds both Sales Agent and Broker licenses. A consistent top performer, Judy has been honored with membership in Coldwell Banker President’s Club and has received the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award, recognition given only to the highest ranking Sales Associates nationwide. It is a matter of pride that Judy's relationship with her clients has resulted in her repeated representation of their every sale or purchase. In fact, Judy has assisted builders on dozens of projects, serving as an advisor, marketer and sales agent.
